Live Action – Speaking for the Unborn

Below is an email I got today from Live Action. It’s important that we all know that many times on social media, those who believe in Conservative principles are silenced by the social media censors. The article below is a prime example of what I’m talking about. I removed some of the fund raising talk from the email, but I did leave in the link where you can go and give if you so desire.

Hi Ed,

I just heard a powerful quote from someone that I want to share with you.

“Wow. Unbelievable. I’m shocked, really. This shouldn’t happen, so, I think, especially after seeing this video, I realize now, like, abortion is wrong, really, really wrong.”

This was the reaction of a self-proclaimed “pro-choice” man after seeing one of Live Action’s “Abortion Procedures” videos on the streets of San Francisco this summer.

He’s not alone. Whether it’s the dozens of people we’ve interviewed in cities across the country or the millions who’ve already seen these videos online, we are convincing more and more people to see that killing preborn children is wrong.

We are able to reach millions of people with these Abortion Procedure videos through social media – reaching people right where they are – on their smartphones and computers.

But, Ed, Twitter clearly doesn’t like the fact that we are defending the truth through ads on their platform – they continue to ban our pro-life voice. They know how effective our content and advertising are at persuading more people to value and protect life – content they deemed “offensive” and “inflammatory.”

Here is an example of the kind of content that Twitter is banning!

Screen Shot 2017-10-17 at 3.36.09 PM (1).pngWhile we work to pressure Twitter to lift their ban on ads for pro-life content, we must double our efforts elsewhere.

Live Action has the largest online presence than any other pro-life organization. We must take advantage of our expansive reach on all of our platforms, besides Twitter, to expose the abortion industry and change people’s opinions on abortion.

Here is a link where you can make your gift: https://www.liveaction.org/support/end-twitters-ban/

Ed, with your support, we will show Twitter, and the rest of the country, what is truly “offensive” and “inflammatory” – the killing of preborn children.

Together, we can end this atrocity and build a culture where the rights of all individuals are protected, especially the most vulnerable: our precious preborn.

Larry the Cable Guy Gives His Testimony

I’ve always enjoyed Larry the Cable Guy’s comedy as whole and am so happy to hear the news that he shares in this testimony.

Ed Boston

Daniel Whitney (Larry The Cable Guy) shares how his dad was a Baptist preacher and that he became a Christian as a young boy. He points out how he never did drugs or alcohol, but in this area of work, as he describes, “you get in the entertainment business, it just pulls you in.” As he points out, two years ago, he rededicated his life to Jesus Christ. His heart begins to pour out as he shares his thoughts and concerns about so many of the things that he has done in his life. “I just feel horrible about some of the things that I’ve done; and unlike other people, everything that I did and said, is on tape for everybody to see. I’m proud of some things that I’ve done…but there are things that I’ve done onstage, now that I’m back in the fold, now that I’m back with my Savior, there’s things that I look back on and I wish I wouldn’t have done it.” Whitney continues to point out this important truth, “Men don’t forgive you, and I don’t care if men forgive me, Jesus forgives me.”

Did VP Pence Really Say That?

Below is an article that stated President Donald Trump said several different things that all have to do with Vice-President Mike Pence’s Christian views. You can read the story to get all of what was said, but I want to focus on one part in particular.

Before I get to the meat of my remarks, let me make clear that I have no clue if President Trump actually said all of the things in the article. Maybe he did, maybe he didn’t – I have no clue, thus this article may not need to have been written – but even with that, many other things have been said about “My Man Mike” which brings back the the need of writing this back into legitimacy.

In the article, which used the New Yorker as it’s source, this line is used as the opening:

While I earlier said that I have no idea if Trump said the things listed in the article, I would stake my reputation on this statement. Mike Pence does NOT want all gay people to hang.

I know Mike Pence, and while he might not remember the few times that I had the pleasure of talking with him, I KNOW from personal experience talking with the former Indiana Governor that he would not and does not believe what is said to start the article below.

There are many negative and untrue reasons why things are written about Mike (yes he is down home enough that he likes to be called Mike). The first and biggest reason nasty and hateful things are written about him is that he is a Christian, he is not ashamed of that fact, and he leads with those two traits always in mind.

I have heard and have had him say to me directly – I’m a Christian, I’m a Conservative, and I’m a Republican; IN THAT ORDER!

It’s time that people that know the truth, which will then set you free, speak out and not let the hammering of Vice-President Pence and many other good Christians go by without defending them.

Trump joked Pence ‘wants to hang’ all gay people, New Yorker reports

President Trump once joked that Vice President Mike Pence “wants to hang” all gay people, The New Yorker reported Monday.

The publication also reports that Trump has mocked Pence for his views opposing abortion and LGBTQ rights.

Trump jabbed at Pence after a legal scholar told the pair that if the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, many states would probably legalize abortion.

“You see?” Trump reportedly said to Pence. “You’ve wasted all this time and energy on it, and it’s not going to end abortion anyway.”

And when the meeting began to focus on gay rights, Trump reportedly pointed to Pence, joking, “Don’t ask that guy — he wants to hang them all!”
